Accuracy

Every procedure is checked against current device interfaces before publication. Where a step differs by manufacturer, we describe the feature by what it does rather than by one brand's menu name, so the guide stays usable across hardware.

Dating and revision

Each guide shows a published date and a last-updated date. Firmware and app interfaces change, so guides covering fast-moving areas are reviewed on a rolling basis and updated in place rather than republished as new.

Safety

We do not publish procedures that involve mains wiring, opening sealed power supplies or defeating manufacturer safety interlocks. Where a step carries risk to data or warranty, the guide says so at the point of the step, not in a footnote.

Independence

Advertisers and affiliate partners have no input into troubleshooting content and cannot buy placement within a set of steps. Commercial relationships are disclosed on the page.

Corrections

When we get something wrong we fix it in the guide and note the change. Report an error to hello@dailyhubware.com and include the guide title and the step in question. DailyHubware prioritises corrections above new content.
